We are now collecting overdue library books. You will find a book cart in front of the school Thursdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. except minimum days and holidays.

We still have over 40 that have not been returned. Please return these books. This will allow your child to resume full check out privileges. Help keep our school library's cost low in lost books.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact Mrs. Franciosa, the librarian.

Outstanding Library Books

Books that were not returned to campus at the end of the 2019-20 school year will remain on student accounts. Students and parents have been notified to return borrowed books. Students and parents are financially responsible for the replacement of lost or damaged library books. Patrons with lost, damaged and overdue books may not check out other books until books have been returned, replaced or fines have been paid. There are no fines for overdue books. However, if the books have been lost or damaged, we ask the books to be replaced or make a payment to cover the cost of replacement. This will allow your child to resume full check out privileges throughout the Oakdale Joint Unified School District school libraries. Payments may be made at the library or the front office during school hours.
If you are replacing the book or would like to pay for a replacement, contact the librarian. Doorbell Library Service will also be available Thursdays and Fridays, from 11a.m. to 1 p.m.  Just ring the doorbell on the cart for library service.

Thank you!

How we're keeping you safe......
We are now offering library services for pick-up at the front of the school. In order to keep ourselves safe, we've placed safety measures. Upon a book's return back to the library, it will be set aside and left untouched for a 72-hour period.  (NEDDC, 2020)
